The Village Clerk
is elected at the general election for trustees. The Village Clerk attends
all meetings of th e corporate authorities and keeps a full record of their
proceedings in the corporate journal. The Village Clerk is
required to publish all ordinances when necessary either in the newspaper or
in pamphlet form.
